HEATMAP ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS LIMITED is a registered Electrical Contractor in Hong Kong EMSD. We are providing professional Infrared Thermography Inspection Services and mainly in Electrical Installation. Our clients are Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Banks, Residentials, Building Management Companies and Engineering Companies. Our Inspection Team has 20+ years practical experienced in Infrared inspection services (since 1999), and our inspectors are Certified Thermographers and EMSD registered Electrical Workers. Also, our inspection team is an one of earliest starter in Infrared Inspection services, beacause there was only one company could supply professional Infrared Thermography Inspection service in Hong Kong at 20 years ago, and our service team was came from there. Thereby, our inspection team had got much more practical experience than all other afterward same profession accordingly. Moreover, none of accident happened in past 20 years service history, proofing the performances of our service team are Reliable and Safety.

Experience and Quality

Our inspection team is an one of the earliest starter to perform professional Infrared Thermography inspection in Hong Kong and started at 1999. Moreover, we had attended professional trainings in Auckland, New Zealand by recognized training provider, to advance the professional knowledge and passed the industrial standard examinations and submitted relevant work experience, then achieved the qualify of Certified Thermographer. In past 20 years, our inspection team had carried out Infrared Thermography Inspections for 1,200+ buildings. The onsite inspection services experience counted as “Real Experienced Hours” and accumulated to 30,000+ hours. The main meaning of “Real Experienced Hours” is an important index to use for measuring the professional experience of a Thermographer.

What is Certified Thermographer ?

To be a Certified Thermographer who must attend an infrared Thermography Certification training course, and to pass the closed book examinations and quizzes and submit a field assignment demonstrating understanding of their application and proper use of the infrared camera. Professional Training Course must provides by recognized training providers and all trainings should meet the “American Society for Nondestructive Testing” training requirements and guidelines. The qualities of Certified Thermographers are golbal accepted. On the other hand, uncertified persons who may lack of sufficient knowledge and poor experience to perform the Infrared Inspection, they may get wrong information or even ignore latent faults. As results, Uncertified Persons who carried out Infrared inspection or written reports will not be useful for fully understanding the real condition. But also may cause Insurers, Consultants, Engineers and Auditors do not accept their quality of inspections and render their reports are meaningless.

Equipment	We are using the world's leading company “FLIR” High Performance model T series Thermal Imager, 60Hz frame rate, high resolution IR detector generate real 307,200 pixel IR image, Thermal Sensitivity <0.045°C at 30°C. Unlike those 9Hz & low resolution IR Imagers that may used by some other companies.
Qualify	To achieved NFPA & ASNT requipments, we always provide Certified Thermographer on site to perform each Infrared Inspection service. Experience	Our inspection team has 20+ years practical experience in Infrared Inspection services since 1999, and completion of Infrared Inspection services for 1,200+ buildings. The onsite inspection “Experienced Hours” are accumulated to 30,000+ hours. And most of clients are repeating to use our Infrared Inspection service by annually or regularly.
Reporting	The content of our reports are based on the guideline of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and we will analysis all taken IR Images by specifically designed software. The contents of report is tailor-made to suit for each building and presentation in the best way of assorted installation. As resulted our reports are easy to understand and useful to make known the real condition of equipment. Also, our reports are fulfill to ASNT guideline and NFPA standard.
Safety	We are Registered Electrical Contractor in HKEMSD and all works must need to fulfill their safety policy and guidelines. Also, our thermographers are Registered Electrical Worker. Moveover, none of accident happened in past 20 years service history, proofing the performances of our service team are Reliable and Safety.
